Experience
Jenna joined Howes Percival's commercial litigation team in October 2008, having qualified as a solicitor in-house with ITV PLC in September 2008. Jenna specialises in Intellectual Property litigation, and also works on general litigation matters including contract disputes and debt recovery matters.
During her training, Jenna spent six months on secondment with DLA Piper's Intellectual Property team where she gained experience of a variety of commercial and contentious Intellectual Property matters. She was also seconded to Reed Smith's Corporate department for six months. Prior to commencing her training contract Jenna spent 2 1/2 years with the Rights department at ITV Global Entertainment Limited, ITV PLC's international distribution business, where she advised on the international distribution of television programmes, formats and films.
