All of the members of Howes Percival LLP are solicitors of England and Wales, apart from Mark Oldershaw (who is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives) and Richard Lovett (who is a non-lawyer).

The Legal Ombudsman deals with complaints against lawyers, although this service is only available to members of the public and very small businesses, charities, clubs and trusts. Howes Percival LLP will not give and the scope of its instructions does not extend to providing investment services, to acting as your financial adviser or otherwise providing advice on the merits of a particular transaction. We are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are members of the Law Society of England and Wales, which is a designated professional body for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
